It’s interesting that you take this piece so personally. What’s happened in your life that has led you here, to be so disparaging of a woman asserting her own insecurities which are in no way related to you? If you notice, I don’t blame anyone here, I describe situations as being distinctly gendered — i.e. behaviours that are learned by both women and men (behaviours which work to the detriment of women).
